The history of the CONDEX group of companies goes back to the early 1970s.
The focus of activities of the originally titled BKatz- group was primarily
directed to the development of promoted housing schemes as well as its conception
of closed property funds. Over the years, the focus has shifted from a classical
domestic building (without state funding) to inner-city commercial properties and
tourism properties.
Business activities today range from technical and commercial consultancies to
services of project management, economic construction supervision and representation
of the house builder in terms of acquisition, conception, development, implementation
and marketing of commercial, tourism or residential property. Condex operates also
as a property developer and project coordination consultant.
The core competence of this group of enterprises is represented through the following parties:
